Refund policy

Credits are bought through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. This is how refunds work.

Unused credits: 14 days

Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can get a refund for the credits from that pack you haven't used. Email [email protected] with your order number (it's on your receipt). If you've used some of the pack, we refund the unused part.

Runs that go wrong

You don't need a refund for these: they cost nothing automatically.

• A run that fails, or never starts, returns its credits in full.
• Stopping a run early returns the steps it didn't use.

If a run finished but something clearly went wrong on our side, email us and we'll put the credits back.

What a refund does to your balance

A refund takes back the credits it paid for. If you've already spent them, your balance can go below zero, and you can't start new runs until it's back to at least the cost of a run.

Deleting your account

Unused credits can't be refunded after you delete your account, so ask for a refund first.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
