Uploads stay until you delete them (from the upload list on the dashboard). Finished models and previews are kept for 30 days after a run ends, so download what you want to keep. See the privacy policy for everything we store.

This deletes your uploads, your runs and their files, and your sign-in. Queued runs are cancelled. Unused credits are lost and can't be refunded after deletion, so ask about a refund first if you have bought credits you haven't used. We keep payment records and the credit history (without your account) because tax law requires it. This can't be undone.
